F.A.Q.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

It's easy! I recommend is that you refrain from drinking alcohol and get a good nights sleep the night before. The day of, make sure you're hydrated and have eaten a good meal beforehand. If possible, wear loose and comfortable clothes.

How do I take care of my tattoo afterwards?

I use a second skin type bandage called Derm Shield and it is by far my favorite way to heal tattoos. Depending on the style tattoo and placement I will suggest how long you leave it on for, but usually it is between 2-4 days. The bandage is completely waterproof so you no longer have to refrain from swimming, etc! Once the bandage comes off your tattoo will be either fully healed or almost fully healed. You're not required to do anything! If its dry you can apply moisturizer but really that's it.

For those with adhesive allergies I will apply a bandage that I recommend leaving on for 2-3 hours. Remove and wash gently with unscented soap. Pat dry. Apply a VERY THIN layer of aquaphor 2-3 times a day for the next 2-3 days. No soaking, scratching, etc. Moisturize with lotion as needed until fully healed.

What's the cost of a tattoo?

My minimum is $200 and I charge about $250/hour. I take a nonrefundable deposit to hold all appointments. This deposit is subtracted from the final cost of your tattoo.

Do you use vegan ink?

YES :)

What if I have to change my appointment?

Things happen! I totally understand! In the case that you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, I ask that you make any/all changes to your appointment via your confirmation email. This is the ONLY way to make changes. All changes must be made before the 48 hours leading up to your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. Deposits are non refundable.

Can I bring someone for emotional support?

Pre Covid the answer would be yes, you may bring one person. Unfortunately at this time, for the safety of my staff and clientele, I am asking all clients come solo. Hopefully in the near future this can change but for now we must take all precautions, especially as we do not have a waiting room. Thank you for your understanding.
